Easy Branding provides AI-powered brand design services, including but not limited to logo design, color palette creation, typography selection, and marketing materials generation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not misuse or attempt to manipulate our services
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service

  • Not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Not use the service to transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious code

4. Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you receive full rights to the brand assets created for you. However, our platform, technology, and design tools remain our intellectual property.

Important: Any brand designs that are not purchased remain the exclusive property of Easy Branding. We retain all rights to these designs and may use them for other purposes, including but not limited to showcasing our services, creating derivative works, or selling to other clients.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Easy Branding or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. User Content and Data

By submitting content to our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting our services.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
  • The content does not violate any third-party rights
  • The content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise illegal
  • The content does not contain any viruses or other harmful code

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases made through your account. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Sales Policy

All sales are final. Once a brand design is purchased, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded. We encourage you to carefully review all brand designs before making a purchase decision.

8. Service Availability and Quality

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations. The quality of AI-generated content may vary, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content generated through our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Branding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our services
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Easy Branding and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Easy Branding is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
